Lars Christopher Gillberg (born 19 April 1950), who has sometimes published as Gillberg and Gillberg with his wife Carina Gillberg, is a professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at Gothenburg University in Gothenburg, Sweden, and an honorary professor at the Institute of Child Health (ICH), University College London.

The influential writer and cultural critic Christopher Hitchens died on Thursday at the age of 62 from complications of cancer of the esophagus. Hitchens confronted his disease in part by writing, bringing the same unsparing insight to his mortality that he had directed at so many other subjects. Over the years, Hitchens' caustic attention was directed at a broad range of subjects, including Henry Kissinger, Prince Charles, Bob Hope, Michael Moore, the Dalai Lama and Mother Teresa.

Warren Christopher, former secretary of state, dies

Former U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher died at the age of 85 Friday night, KABC-TV Los Angeles reported on its 11 p.m. newscast. Christopher attended the University of Redlands before transferring to USC, where he graduated in 1945. He was secretary of state under President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1997. He died from complications of kidney and bladder cancer, KABC reported.
